Ingredients:

Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
Flatten each ball into a disk about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry each disk until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes:
Serve with honey, powdered sugar, or use as a base for Navajo tacos.
