Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 can White Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Salsa Verde
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine the chicken, beans, chicken broth, and salsa verde.
  • 2. Add the cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.
  • 3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking. This chili is great with a side of cornbread!
