mixed with 2 tablespoons water

beaten

sesame oil

soy sauce
to taste
salt and white pepper

chopped green onions
for garnish
Instructions:
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the broth thickens.
3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth with a whisk.
4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes:
For a thicker soup, add more cornstarch mixture. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
