Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • to taste salt and white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
  • 2. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the broth thickens.
  • 3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth with a whisk.
  • 4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste.
  • 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes:

For a thicker soup, add more cornstarch mixture. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
