Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 3 pcs carrots sliced
  • 3 pcs potatoes diced
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  • 2. Stir in tomato paste, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like peas or green beans.
