Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
  • 1 Onion sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  • 2. Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  • 3. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes:

For best results, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
