Equipment

Ingredients:  

Pasta Salad

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives sliced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
  • 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix well.
  • 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • 5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other veggies or proteins you like.
