Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.
3. Add cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
For a tangier salad, add a splash of vinegar.
