Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green Peas frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
