Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
