Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or use a different type of pasta.
