Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 cups Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips, crushed

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package instructions.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and cooked beef.
  • 4. Top with sour cream, salsa, and crushed tortilla chips.
  • 5. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or black beans.
