Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  • Add the crumbled blue cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes:

For a thinner consistency, add a tablespoon of buttermilk or milk.
