Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and milk. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour the cheese mixture over the toasted bread slices.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes:
For an extra kick, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
