Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard Dijon or English
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Toast the bread slices and set aside.
  • 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and milk. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Pour the cheese mixture over the toasted bread slices.
  • 6. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For an extra kick, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
