Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper.
  • 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  • 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes:

You can add chopped onions or herbs for extra flavor.
