Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  • Assemble tacos by adding chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream to each shell.

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado or salsa.
