Instructions:
1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, onion soup mix, and garlic powder.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
5. Shred the beef and place on French rolls. Top with provolone cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
7. Serve with the au jus from the slow cooker for dipping.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the au jus.
