Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 slices bread
  • optional Lettuce leaves

Instructions: 

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel them.
  • Chop the eggs and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the egg mixture on bread slices. Add lettuce if desired.
  • Top with another slice of bread. Serve.

Notes:

Feel free to add other ingredients like celery or onions for extra crunch.
