Instructions:
Add vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
Serve immediately.
Notes:
Adjust the amount of mint extract to taste. You can also add more or less food coloring to get the desired shade of green.
