bread crumbs

all-purpose flour

beef broth

Worcestershire sauce
to taste

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened.
Sprinkle flour over onions and stir well. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
