Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  • Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
