cooked rice

diced chicken breast

soy sauce

tablespoon
oyster sauce

frozen peas and carrots

eggs, beaten

cloves
garlic, minced

onion, chopped

tablespoons
vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
