Ingredients:  

Meatballs

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Notes:

Serve with pasta or a fresh salad.
