Ingredients:  

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Place the meat in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade and cook as desired.

Notes:

For best results, marinate the meat overnight.
