Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pork loin with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes:
Letting the pork rest helps retain its juices.
