Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb Pork Loin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub the pork loin with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  • Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes:

Letting the pork rest helps retain its juices.
