Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 bell pepper Red Bell Pepper (sliced)

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from wok and set aside.
  • 4. In the same wok, add broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • 5. Return beef to the wok and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
