Soy Sauce

Oyster Sauce

Garlic (minced)

Broccoli (cut into florets)

bell pepper
Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
5. Return beef to the wok and mix everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
