Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Serve with pasta or a side salad for a complete meal.
