Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Persimmons (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Combine persimmons, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens (about 30 minutes).
  • Pour the hot jam into sterilized mason jars and seal.

Notes:

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
