Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Lemons zested and juiced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 pcs Eggs large
  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted, cut into pieces

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, zest, sugar, and eggs.
  • Whisk constantly over medium heat until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  • Strain the curd into a bowl and let cool.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
