Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • 1 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raisins

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
  • Mix in the oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container to keep them soft.
