Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
