Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Blend eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour melted butter into a baking dish and pour batter over it.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Notes:

Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, or fresh fruit.
