Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 6 slices Bread, cubed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and dry mustard. Mix well.
  • Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, and cooked sausage. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.

Notes:

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving to make it easier to cut.
