  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp dried sage
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into patties.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
