Cooked corned beef, diced

Potatoes, diced and cooked

Onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in the diced corned beef and potatoes.
4. Press the mixture down with a spatula and cook until the bottom is crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Flip and cook until the other side is crispy, another 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
For a twist, add a fried egg on top of each serving.
