Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked corned beef, diced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced and cooked
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced corned beef and potatoes.
  • 4. Press the mixture down with a spatula and cook until the bottom is crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 5. Flip and cook until the other side is crispy, another 5-7 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

For a twist, add a fried egg on top of each serving.
