Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes:
For a twist, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter before baking.
