Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes:

Make sure the milk and eggs are at room temperature for best results.
