Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place your Dutch oven in the oven to preheat as well.
5. Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and shape it into a ball.
6. Carefully remove the Dutch oven from the oven and place the dough inside.
7. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
8. Remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes:
Make sure to let the dough rise for at least 12 hours for the best texture.
