Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet. Add cheese slices on top.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes:
Feel free to add extras like ham or tomato slices.
