Instructions:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
4. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, cooking until they begin to soften.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
6. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
