Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • 3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  • 4. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, cooking until they begin to soften.
  • 5. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
  • 6. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • 7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
