Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, diced turkey, celery, onion, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for using up leftover turkey.
