Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, diced turkey, celery, onion, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for using up leftover turkey.
