Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
In a baking dish, layer 2 tortillas, half of the refried beans, half of the seasoned beef, and a third of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Top with the remaining tortillas, salsa, diced tomatoes, olives, and the rest of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños for an extra kick!
