taco seasoning

shredded cheddar cheese

tortilla chips

sour cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
