Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the cooked sausage patties in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
