Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place steak pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together mushroom soup, celery soup, water, and onion soup mix.
Pour mixture over steak.
Arrange potato slices on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine to the soup mixture.
