  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs round steak cut into serving pieces
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz cream of celery soup
  • 10.5 oz water
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place steak pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together mushroom soup, celery soup, water, and onion soup mix.
  • Pour mixture over steak.
  • Arrange potato slices on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of red wine to the soup mixture.
