Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the pork chops.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots to the rice mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
