Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the pork chops.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots to the rice mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
