Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning.
