Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread sour cream over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sour cream layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like avocado, jalapenos, or olives.
