Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, rice, peas and carrots, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Great for using up holiday leftovers!
