Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the diced potatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, green onions, and bacon.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
