In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green beans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
