Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 85% lean
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup green beans cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green beans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
