Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked.
3. In a baking dish, combine the cooked chorizo, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
