Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chorizo ground
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a skillet, cook the chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • 3. In a baking dish, combine the cooked chorizo, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  • 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • 6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
