Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut and shredded cheese.
  • Place hot dogs in a baking dish and cover with the sauerkraut mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add some mustard or relish for extra flavor.
