Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut and shredded cheese.
Place hot dogs in a baking dish and cover with the sauerkraut mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add some mustard or relish for extra flavor.
